Casey Flynn, MS, LGPC
Specializing in working with adults, children, and teens, my focus is on helping individuals manage symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and depression. During the initial sessions, a collaborative approach is used to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs. A warm and compassionate environment is provided to ensure openness and vulnerability, allowing clients to feel supported. Many clients experience a reduction in symptoms within the first few months of working together.
Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, the goal is to empower clients to make lasting changes. CBT helps explore the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while Narrative Therapy offers the opportunity to reshape personal stories and reclaim agency. These approaches, combined with expressive art techniques, encourage self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
The therapeutic space is designed to be nonjudgmental and supportive, encouraging exploration of individual needs and fostering resilience. Clients can expect to gain tools for setting boundaries, identifying values, and developing coping strategies, all with the aim of enhancing self-worth and promoting meaningful change.
