With a positive and strength-based approach, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges with mindfulness and optimism. My mission is to empower individuals on their journey towards personal growth and wellness. I am particularly skilled in working with those who have developmental disabilities, leveraging my experience in group therapy and program development for special needs advocacy.
As a Certified Autism Specialist, I have a wealth of experience working with children and adults on the Autism Spectrum. Additionally, I am a certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider, with a focus on school behaviors and executive functioning. I use my extensive training and experience to help clients of all ages overcome the obstacles they face when living with ADHD. My passion lies in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who face challenges in academics, parenting, family dynamics, transitions, and regulatory and behavioral issues. Besides supporting individuals with special needs, I also enjoy working with couples and young adults navigating life transitions.
Additionally, My commitment to education has led me to complete advanced coursework in cannabis, expanding my knowledge in this emerging area of wellness. I fervently believe in the potential of cannabis in mental health applications, leveraging my education to advocate for its use in therapeutic contexts. This unique expertise underpins my work, as I guide clients towards personal growth and mental wellness using a diverse array of therapeutic tools, including the potential of cannabis-based approaches.
My ultimate goal is to assist clients in addressing their issues with practical, long-term solutions, fostering a brighter and more fulfilling future.

Therapy Dog
Louie is a Morkie (Maltese Yorkie mix). He has received a certificate in obedience from Polite Pooches Dog Training School. He is currently pursuing his Canine Good Citizen certification in the hopes of becoming a registered therapy dog. Louie brings love and joy to clients of all ages. When he is not at work, he enjoys walking around the neighborhood, playing with squeaky toys, and chewing on rawhide bones! Louie usually accompanies Emily to sessions.
