Erica Waskey, M.Ed, LGPC

I bring over a decade of experience in counseling children (ages 5+), teens, and adults, as well as supporting their parents and families. My work centers on clients navigating challenges related to anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore the unique aspects of your experience, including childhood influences, subconscious patterns, and past trauma, to gain a deeper understanding and foster personal growth.

I often use a blend of therapeutic techniques tailored to each person’s unique needs, with a focus on existential therapy. This approach allows us to explore life’s deeper questions, such as meaning, purpose, and personal responsibility, helping clients gain clarity and direction. For younger clients, I incorporate play therapy techniques, utilizing tools like sand trays, fidget toys, and sensory items to support emotional processing.

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their stories, build self-awareness, and feel empowered to lead more balanced lives. I work holistically, considering mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. My approach is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, designed to meet clients where they are and help them reconnect with their sense of purpose.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I’m here to guide you toward healing and resilience.
