As a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a strong background as a school counselor, I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults through personalized and compassionate care. Certified as an Anxiety & Stress Management Specialist and licensed in Maryland, I focus on a range of challenges including self-esteem, confidence, trauma, family and relationship issues. My practice is dedicated to creating a nurturing space where young people can freely express themselves and navigate the complexities of growing up. During our initial sessions, we work to establish a foundation for growth and healing, empowering clients to move from feeling victimized by circumstances to mastering their own lives.

With extensive experience in anxiety and stress management, I also focus on helping youth tackle developmental challenges effectively. Having served as an Equity Liaison, I lead with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, enriching my practice with culturally competent care. My therapeutic style is genuine, fun, and encouraging, allowing me to connect authentically with clients and provide holistic guidance that addresses both emotional and practical needs, helping young people achieve their full potential.
