My Approach to Therapy
Navigating through life’s complexities can often feel like being lost in a fog, and in today’s fast-paced society, stress can quickly become overwhelming. As a therapist with over a decade of experience in mental health across various levels, I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and teens discover and tap into their strengths, enabling a focused approach to enhance their mental well-being. My commitment extends to assisting clients in managing a range of emotional challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma.
I employ a diverse array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client. My toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. These approaches help clients develop coping strategies that promote resilience and personal growth. Additionally, my practice is enriched by my completion of Gottman Level 1 training, which equips me to support couples in navigating their relationships through improved communication and understanding.
Therapy, as I view it, is a journey of exploration and healing. I strive to create a safe andopen environment where individuals, couples, and teens can freely express themselves andwork towards achieving their therapeutic goals. My passion for mental health drives mypractice, and I am motivated by the profound impact positive change can have on the livesof those I work with. Together, we will navigate the challenges of life, clearing the fog and moving towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.
