Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access provided to course content upon purchase, we have adopted a strict no-refund policy. All Sales Are Final
No Refunds: All purchases of continuing education courses from MCA+ are final. Once a course is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Access to Digital Content: Upon completion of your purchase, you will gain immediate access to the digital course materials. This includes, but is not limited to, video content, downloadable resources, and online assessments.

Exceptions to Policy
